Chapter 171 – Your card, your name

Madison frowned at his question, finding it weird to give an explanation for rejecting a card that bore so much money and wasn’t hers.

“It’s yours because you worked for it. I should work for mine too.”

When the understanding settled that dealing with an independent woman was a whole new ball game, Sebastian opened the door to the driver's side of the car for her.

“Keep it for now and let’s see the house first.”

Madison slid the card into her handbag and pressed the start button after Sebastian sat in the passenger seat.

They had a lot of chit-chat along the way concerning Sebastian’s work and family before reaching the mansion.

In order to not worsen matters, Sebastian ensured to keep matters concerning his desire to have her in Los Angeles for a while hidden.

"I'm impressed,” Sebastian said after getting out of the car. The car Madison purchased was his style. Not only that, she did not compromise on security, but there were no maids.

“How do you get the house cleaned?” He ask
