Chapter 34 - It was time to move on.

Liz Walters arrived to her hometown and immediately, she found herself standing in front of her house, the same house she’d escaped. How long she stood in the doorway she didn’t know, but when she realized she needed to do something, rather than just stand there and stare, she realized that her cheeks were wet with tears.

Tears for Adrian… for their initial budding relationship… for what had happened and now this reunion with her grandparents…

A new concern…

A new fear…

She’d told herself she was brave enough to do this, but was she ready to face them? She’d barely made it through before. Walking out of Adrian house with her luggage had been like leaving a piece of her heart behind.
