Chapter 27~ These are better

Jessica Hart received a call from her spy that Roxanne had gone to the company and left with Claire. She then asked the spy to follow them to see where they were going.

To her horror, she received pictures of Roxanne and Claire happily shopping together.

Jessica's heart twisted with jealousy. She had tried so hard to make Roxanne like her. However, the latter didn't even spare her a glance. At some point, Jessica accepted that Roxanne wasn't a social person.

The pictures she saw said otherwise, though. Roxanne smiled gently at Claire. There was a doting look in her eyes as though she took Claire like one of her daughters.

Afraid that Claire would steal her position, Jessica went to the shopping mall and asked to join them.

She glanced at Roxanne and proposed, "Aunt Roxanne, I have a very expensive taste and a keen eye for fashion, unlike some people. I'll help you choose the best brands."
