A few days later Axle filed for a divorce. Ember didn't question it she just went on with it, she was lucky that she didn't lose Jaden because Axle had allowed her to see him only on weekends when he's at his parents' house and had to watch her every time and that made Ember feel uncomfortable because she had never had anyone watch her play with her son with hatred and anger burning in their eyes, but she had no choice but to get used to it because that's just how things were going to operate from then onwards, she had no say in anything.

Her days didn't get any better there, Karen tried to kill her on multiple occasions but she kept on failing because Elias kept on getting in her way and ruining her plans before she could even get on with them.
