Zora’s point of view

“You mean Derrick drove that van?” I asked Austin with a shaky voice, still wanting to believe if he said no.

“Yes, he drove the van to this place, I had to trace it down here and luckily I found you.” He answered me and my hands turned weak and my feet feeble.

How can this be true?

My mind flashed back to the time when Derrick called me to notify me to stay away from Austin because he had bad intentions.

Did he do all of this so I could blame it on Austin?

How foolish and so stupid of me to think he is a changed man, I may assume he has plans on ruining me again as he has returned.

Who knows if he is still with Mia and they are both in this together?

I cried to the point I couldn’t look for words to put together anymore.

Derrick would never do a thing like this, why would he want to hurt me, to believe the fact that he did this was still so difficult.

“I have always told you to stay clear from him, you know quite okay that he is your ex-husband
