CHAPTER 106

Temisa walks into her beautiful room painted in blue color and walks to her bed as she sits on it. She shakes her head sadly as she thinks of who to call. She cannot call Anita as she knows Anita will ask her questions, and she feels ashamed to tell Anita that the CEO doesn't really say hi to her, nor acted like he's happy about the marriage.

Temisa picks up her handkerchief and wipes her eyes, just then she sees her mother walk into her room angrily, and she sits up properly, not wanting to meet her mother's gaze.

"Temisa, are you crying?" Mrs. Bianca asks, and Temisa rather stares away from her mother, lying, "I'm fine, mom, I'm not crying," she sniffs.

"Come on, don't lie to me." Mrs. Bianca takes her seat beside her daughter's bed, and holds Temisa's hands in hers.

"I already told your father that you cannot marry that man, not because his family is rich or the most wealthy here in our state. You deserve someone to love you, not someone acting cold or you begging him to love you,"
