"Good morning, Raymond," Margret says as she steps into her office, in a seductive tone, and Raymond turns and looks at her. "One more report about you, and you're fired!" he adds to Margret before walking away, not responding to her welcome either. Margret grits her teeth and meets Anita's gaze, who is settling into her new seat across from her as they share a single desk. Margret looks backward at the Bambam Davis office. Bambam has a cute smile on her face as she winks at Margret, despite the fact that she is busy attending to a client in front of her. She knows Margret despises seeing any beautiful lady, and Margret is the most fair-skinned person on the third floor, likewise the closest person to their boss. Bambam also adores their boss, but the jealous man doesn't notice her presence, and Margret is the only one who can get closer to him, likewise his assistant, Brown. Bambam is surprised that Joel has hired an assistant for Margret, as they all believe the new boss despise
It's time for lunch. Anita hears the company's alarm go off and looks at Margret, who has been performing all of the work on her own without asking for help. "Sorry, but what's that sound about?" Anita asks Margret as she notices a few staff members and other male employees on the third floor exiting their glass offices and getting into the elevator. Margret ignores her as if she isn't the person Anita has just chatted with. "Hello?" Anita inquired again, this time with a faint grimace. "Can't you see I'm busy?!" Margret replies coldly, and Anita shakes her head and looks down. Margret finally murmurs and stands up to go out and eat, since she is quite hungry, without responding to Anita. Anita sighs after Margret leaves her, and she sits even as the majority of the workers on the third level exit and enter the elevator that takes them below. Anita wonders if this is their break time, and then Joel comes up to greet her. "Hi, pretty," Joel says as he pushes the office door open
Anita is speechless as the call with the boss ends. She heard his prior instruction for her to direct Margret to get him fried rice and a drink from the cafeteria, and when she hears the buzzer again, she knows lunch is about to end. Anita stood up and swiftly walked out of the open glass office she shares with Margret, and she could feel all of the predatory eyes on her on the third level, scanning her as she entered the elevator. However, as she is about to board the elevator, she collides with Joel, who is also returning upstairs to the third level. "Oh, sorry," Anita says to him, but Joel just grins pleasantly at her. "Going somewhere?" he says as she steps out of the elevator while other personnel from the third floor exit. "Yes, where's the cafeteria?" Anita inquired, and he responded, "Second floor beneath, ask the guards once you get there; I thought you said you came with your lunch." Joel inquires as he looks at her gorgeous, cute face. "Yes, the boss did send me; I mea
Anita smiled sweetly as she hurriedly made her way to the boss's office. Margret's brow furrowed as she saw Anita enter the single corridor leading to Liam's office. Margret wants to get up and call Anita back or interrogate her; where does she think she is going?. However, Margret is unable to create a scene or leave their client, scolding another staff member like her. "Hmm." Margret inhaled heavily as she returned her gaze to Miss Oyinda's attention. "Who is that beautiful young woman I just saw now? Sorry for interrupting; does she work here?" Miss Oyinda inquires, as she feels uneasy after seeing Anita. "Yes, she's my assistant," Margret manages to respond as she forces her words out. "Your assistant?" How can you people allow such a beautiful person to work here?" Miss Oyinda gasped and was unsure when she asked Margret the question. In her father's company, Oyinda has only men working for her, and their company primarily manufactures beverages and alcoholic wines. "Excus
Anita breathed a sigh of relief as she watched the boss depart the third floor and enter the elevator that took him downstairs. Her day has been extremely hectic, from the delay at the entrance gate to Joel informing her that they had actually hired all of the reputable staff needed and that she would be managing the position as assistant secretary to the humiliating secretary she has to work with, who is visibly jealous of her like her own sisters. Anita wonders if it is now illegal for a lady to be as lovely or fair-skinned as she is. She isn't just fair-skinned like the other fair-looking girls; she is white and shining bright, almost like an albino, but she isn't. Anita shakes her head while eating her jollof rice. She seals her flask and places it in her handbag. However, Margret refuses to show her what to do, so she stands up and walks out to Joel's office to meet him. Anita also noticed that whenever she walked out, the rest of the female workers on the third level looked
Mrs. Juliet Jackson is in the garden in front of their house, watering her plants and flowers, when she hears a car parking in the garage. She waits to see if her husband has returned, as he left after previously apologizing over the phone to his friend while they were seated together in their living room downstairs, telling his friend that he is truly sorry and will go over to the company to see Liam right away about his actions. Mrs. Juliet is aware that her son is still struggling to return to his home country because he already has a successful business in the United States. Meanwhile, Liam stops walking towards their mansion and looks at their garden. When he sees his mother watering the plants, she comes to a halt and turns over the watering can to one of their servants before approaching him. "Good evening, mom," Liam says as his mother arrives and hugs him. "Hello, son. How did your day at the office go?" Mrs. Juliet asked. "Everything was fine, mommy. "How is your day go
"Oh, that's the CEO's name; I don't even know his name, but I saw him today too," Anita said. "Really, how does he look?" I was hoping to see him before we closed, but his father informed me that he had already gone home," Temisa responded. "Yes, I saw him with an elderly man in the restricted garage at the back. Was it his father?" The man looks short, and I never suspected him to be his father," Anita says. "Yes, he is short; what about the CEO? Is he tall?" Temisa inquired in panic. "Yeah, but I don't really know. When I first saw him, he was sitting. He sent me to ask his secretary to buy him lunch, but his secretary despises me and refuses to show me what to do in the office today. "I'm really stressed and don't know if I'll go to work there tomorrow," Anita says regretfully. "Why?. Don't worry about that foolish secretary; she might simply be jealous since you're cuter than her. You know you're really attractive, so perhaps she's just jealous. Why not report her actions towa
Mr. Taiye returns home, and his driver parks their car in their mansion garage while he steps out and walks to their mansion. When he enters their downstairs living area, he finds his wife and maid arranging the supper table. "Welcome back, honey," Mrs. Juliet says to her husband as she moves away from the dining room to meet him, and he embraces her and gently kisses her cheek. Just then, Liam groans as he highlights the stairs, heading downstairs to join his parents for dinner before retiring for the evening. Liam is not startled by his parents' lovey-dovey behavior in front of him. He understands how much his father adores his mother; as a result, despite his immense wealth, he remains faithful to his wife, who bore only one of him despite her miscarriages. "Welcome back, dad," Liam adds, finally stepping down to inform them of his presence in the living room downstairs. Liam silently wishes he could find a spouse like his mother, a calm and loving mother who understands him eve
