Dr. Zachary Smith, also called Zach, is the best neuro-oncologist in the country. And he got an award as one of the top five best doctors around the globe. At the age of twenty-five, he became the head of surgeons at Camella Hospital. Aside from that, Zach was Mariane’s childhood boy-best friend. They lost communication after Zach and his family migrated to another country.
