“Your father is here!" With a curious murmur, Monica withdrew her gaze from the door and wondered if William's father was aware of what had happened to his son.

“No, my grandfather has arrived," William said in a low tone, his thoughts racing to figure out what motive could be behind his grandfather's presence. He was about to visit his grandfather in his place with Monica.

William said as he released Monica's waist and descended to the bed in order to reach the wardrobe for a change of clothes.
