Chapter 36 - Shadows of Destiny

The Moon that night was like a silver plate polished and brushed in the finest way. Its reflection in the water was crystal clear and waited for your heart to be put like a piece of meat, given on the altar of werewolves.

Michael waited by the window with his phone on the windowsill. In the cold metal light, he looked like a knight awaiting his duel the next day.

Flexy didn’t sleep, nor did Jasmine. They both had mixed feelings towards Michael and didn’t know what to think about him.
