Chapter 37 - In the Circle

“Flexy, do not let her speak. She would mess with your head and manipulate so that you would feel lost. I’m gonna come back here as soon as possible but I need a moment to look around and see how things are.”

They were sitting on the bathroom floor ignoring the coldness coming from the wet tiles. Michael regained all his charm and despite the burning ground under his feet, he even managed to smile.

Flexy was looking at him with her eyes wide open. She missed the other guy’s presence and when somebody so handsome and sensitive like Michael turned up in her flat, there was no escape for her - she embraced every single word of his, every heartwarming look and every touch of his strong, warm and masculine hands.

“Can I trust you, Flexy?” asked Michael, raising his eyebrows.

“Yes,” she answered. “Just come back and don’t make me feel abandoned.”
