Chapter:-68 (Fight for His Family)

Authir POV:-

You don't deserve her.

The words bit into his subconscious like venom. It wasn't the first time they'd infiltrated his mind in this way, but it was the first time they'd been hurled at him.

It all still felt like some sort of bad dream for Jonathan; Allen couldn't have really said that, could she?

But she did, and the voice in Jonathan's mind snarled at him. You know she did. You heard her say it. And she believes it, too.

Jonathan closed his eyes, taking a shaky breath. He'd heard it before, of course. He was Trisha's mate. He is the one who kicks her out. For him, there were certain standards he had to live up to, and there certainly wasn't any time to spare his feelings along the way. His mother and father had wanted him to be the best, and he was. The thought gave him a little pride, as it always did; save for long-dead mating bonds of the past, Jonathan was the best for them.

But such perfection had come at a cost.

Ugh this Jonathan is just so irritating, he always wants to justify why he did things to Trisha. Just because he was in the chaos he pulled everybody down with him.
