Chapter 23: In Search for the Portal
Victor POV
"Those covetous grabbing crumbs!" my mother slammed the long table it almost broke on her side. Her roars echoed in the whole palace resulting in some of the Betas getting startled.
We were having another jovial meal and this time the Betas from every side of the kingdom joined us. My mother sat beside me on my royal's chair never forgot to announce her position in the royal family - Queen Luna!
My father was on my opposite eight seats away from me, an indication that he withdrew all of his duty as the former king of the Blue Moon Pack. He just let out a deep breath as he swiftly glanced at his wife.
