It was nighttime already, everyone was filled up already at the party hall. Most of the people in the hall were from wealthy homes, and there was a few middle class who came to grace the occasion.

As much as everyone came because of the celebration of the successful contract, they also came to the party because they desired to see the glinting face of Hidalgo's beloved wife.

Mr. Reagan and his wife were surrounded by some of the company partners, meanwhile, Hidalgo was standing with his best friend Duncan as they cracked jokes with old friends.

Although, Hidalgo was evasive all through the men's discussion and he didn't share in their laughs. He was impatiently waiting for Gabrielle, she hasn't arrived yet at the party.

The ladies in the party hall were ogling at him, shamelessly spurting out their love and affection for him. However, Hidalgo paid deaf ears to their annoying words as he tucked his manly hands into his pocket
