Chapter 61 Party

The rest of the week went by too quickly. Soon it was Saturday and we were standing outside while Penny ran around in her wolf form. The other kids were laughing and running around also. Invites were sent out to the surrounding packs and some of the pups from my dad’s pack were here. Tim also came by, even though he has no siblings Penny’s age. I can’t help but wonder if he has an ulterior motive. I smirk as I see him again, following around the same girl as the last time he was here, a teenager with her hair dyed a deep purple.

“She works in the daycare part-time.” Samantha whispered to me. “She is only 17 years old but she has already graduated high school. She is very smart and is pursuing a job in early child development.”

“So you figured it out too, huh.” I chuckle. “How long will he be stuck in limbo?”

“She turns 18 in February.” Samantha
