19. The Lycan Billionaire

Elisha’s POV

I softly gasped as I stared at him so hard I wanted to touch him, but he had a hard time calming down and keeping his eyes on the road while driving. I'm not sure where we're going, but I know he was trying to get away from the guys who were after us. He then drove quickly through the forest until we reached the small house in the woods. It was pretty empty outside, but when he looked at me, he smiled softly with the pain of controlling himself, "Please, come inside.”

My fear was overwhelming, yet I had no choice but to follow him inside. I strolled by as he opened the door; inside was a queen-size bed, and the room didn't look too dirty or rundown. After a while of silence and suffering in silence, he replied, "I....I come here from time to time when I feel so nice to be alone."
