48. No, Stop It

Elisha’s POV

I immediately shook my head and backed up because he looked like he didn't like how I behaved. I said, "No, I don't know where the dining room is, so I pushed any button."

He took a step forward, and I closed my eyes uncomfortably and put my left hand on his chest, stopping him from coming near me. I said, "Stop, you’re scaring me."

His lips turned up at the corner of his mouth, and he pushed me back into the elevator. His body was so close to mine that I gasped when he pushed the number two button, and he whispered, "Next time, if you don't know something, call my name."

I put some space between us, and when we got to the dining room. It was a long table with eight chairs, and I don't know where I'd sit if no one else were at the table. He looked at me and said, "This is good for doing things you like."

I turned my head to face him and asked, "So, have you met me before?"
