Desperation clogged Abigail’s throat as she stared at an angry Bernard. The man standing before her wore the face of a demon. His eyes seethed with rage as he stared down at her and her men. His arms were crossed over his chest and his nostrils flared as he stood with his feet planted apart. 

“Care to explain why I found one of your women stumbling around outside?” He growled. 

“What?” She whispered. 

“One of your girls escaped one of the houses. Judging from the looks of her skin, I think it’s  safe to assume that she escaped from Dark Desires.” He yelled, causing them to flinch in surprise.
