It’s been a month, and Firewalker and his band of jackasses haven’t made one move. Orchid hasn’t shown her face around here again, and there have been a few changelings spotted but outside of our borders. They are watching us, but they haven’t made a move. Royatalia and the babies are doing well. She wasn’t overly happy when she woke up after her emergency c-section, and she wouldn’t talk to anyone but Haskar. Grayston and Travian explained everything, but she still refused to talk. It took Cecilia talking with her to make her realise that Jyquardini’s father had done something to make her believe what they were doing was fine. Once the spell or whatever they had placed on her wore off, she was different. She still wasn’t very trusting, but I couldn’t blame her. Her life has been a lie, and even her mate wasn’t telling her the truth. No one is sure if Jyquardini knew what his father did, but I feel he knew.
