Her heart is beating rapidly from the dreaded thought of what is going to take place with this meeting. She is not so sure if he will be true to his word or not. She is uncertain if this can be a trap or if Calix will still give her respect as his wife. Her conflicting emotions about everything are beginning to make themselves known to her as she walks beside Enzo. 

Enzo whispered to Kaira, "Are you sure about this? Do you think he will come by himself?"

She sighed and added, "The one and only thing that I am certain about is that we are not sure about anything at this point, Enz. He won't probably come alone even if that's what we agreed upon. I mean, I didn't even honor that when I brought you here with me."

"Your case is different, Cugino. Of course, I won't let you face that man alone."
