Chapter One

The Virident Empire is the most important and beautiful in the whole continent . Travelers come from all over just to see the royal palace from the outside . Besides the emperor of the empire there are five major Nobel families who control and manage the empire . The house of Batternberg is one of them who currently is the most powerful . The other families are Verdens , Somali , Rechardiea  and Zaronark . 

The Zaronark family is just the opposite of the Batternberg family . The Batternberg family support the emperor with their everything , even their own life! But the Zaronark family always oppose the emperor in any official meeting , no matter if its useful or not .

The Verdens family is the oldest out of the five though . They were always the emperor's companions throughout the empire's history . 

But even with all the similarities within this loyal families of the empire , the Batternberg family is hated from within by some unknown reason . There seems to be a bit of a history between the Batternberg and Verdens family . 

Well it doesn't concern me though .

My name is Seilin Dark , I was an orphan from birth . Well I never went through any abuse but it wasn't actually a happy life . The boy who was always with me in the orphanage went missing four years ago , so I also left the orphanage with determination . He was like a brother to me , I want to believe that he is still alive somewhere I can find. So now I live in this place .

No , I don't live in the capital of the empire . I am currently living in the village of Cutron near the border . The village is really quite and nice to live in peace . The people don't really mind any outsider too .  I work as a singer in a local bar . The bar owner made this bar just for entertainment of culture so it's pretty nice here. There aren't many bad people around here and the people look out for each other . They were also kind to me too . The warmth they showed was really great .

The owner , Gordon , picked me up himself one day from the streets after I was kicked out of the orphanage . I didn't have any money so I was living in the street with the help of the locals . But it was still living in the streets . 

I am really indebted to him .

 I enjoy singing . I learned it myself somehow . It just comes out on it's own . Whenever I sing I feel like I can even touch the sky . It calms my mind and eases my heart . I try to touch the listener'' soul when I sing .

The locals really like our little establishment too . Many travelers also come here at the evening to enjoy a good day . 

I feel satisfied when they feel happy by my singing . Even though the number is really few .

I was performing like any other day , but the new customer continues to stare at me . Its making me uncomfortable somehow.

He is very handsome and muscular , seems like a knight . But he is staring too much .

But somehow I can't look away from those beautiful red eyes . It feels like they are drawing me near , like a fairy !

It's dangerous.
