Chapter 76

Megan couldn't sleep at night, she kept tossing and turning on her bed. She had spent the last two days stalking Sassy and had found out the time she goes to work, the time she goes out to get lunch, and the time she closed for the day. She had also discovered that Sassy was now the manager and she was scouting for workers.

Megan was really nervous about this.

"What if something went wrong?" She thought aloud.

Kylee was still in the dungeon and she couldn't go to see her or anything. There was no one to talk to.

At some point, she wanted to give up, but she had come this far, and besides she wanted to make her mother proud. She was very sure her mother would have found out her whereabouts, so she wanted to have something to show for it. She couldn't be that useless.

Imagine telling her mum she singlehandedly finished off Sassy, how proud would she be?

With that thought, Megan finally drifted off to sleep. A short one though because her alarm clock woke her up barely three hours later.
