The alpha werewolf

***Felicia POV

Nate asked, "Oliver, what are you doing here?"

Oliver replied, "I could ask you the same thing."

Nate retorted, "I remind you that this is my home!"

Rose asked, "Are you my brother's girlfriend?"

Nate quickly denied it, and Oliver teased, "But you were just about to be?"

Annoyed, we all shouted at Oliver to be quiet. He persisted, "So, what were you doing then?"

We were all too embarrassed to answer, so Rose changed the subject and suggested we all have dinner together. Nate and I were hesitant, but Rose insisted until we finally agreed.

As we left, I left a message for Jade, telling her not to wait for me for dinner. When I turned back to Nate, I felt awkward about the situation.

Nate asked, "What are you looking at?"

I replied, "Nothing special. I've seen better."

He then asked, "So, you think I killed those three teens in Tollymore forest?"

I asked, "Did you?"

He denied it and explained that he was sleeping at the time. I believed him, and he was surprised by my trust.

I then asked about the night he was bitten, and he told me about a drug dealer named Ryan and his men who tried to attack him. He was bitten by an alpha wolf, the leader of the pack, and survived because the alpha was injured and fled.

Nate was about to call for help, but he passed out. When he woke up, his wound had healed, and he realized he had become a werewolf.

"You're his Omega..."

"I'm afraid so," he replied, his face pale and his eyes pronounced. He must have been scared.

"But what about the other night at Alicia's? What does Ryan want with you?"

"He wants me to start dealing with him again."

"And you refused, that's why he came after you..."

"You're perceptive. Now he's after Rose and I don't know what to do."

"We have two problems here," I said without realizing it.

"'We'? These are my problems and it's up to me to deal with them."

Our eyes met and tension rose. I was about to respond when Nate suddenly fell silent, as if he had noticed something was wrong.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"They're here."

"Who...?" I asked intrigued

"What are you doing? Let her go!" Oliver said

"Nate!" Rose shouted, dropping plates on the ground

We jumped up in surprise and Nate ran out of the room. He took the stairs and arrived in the living room, while I watched the scene from above.

With Ryan, there were three attackers in total. One of them held Rose asleep in his arms and the other was about to shoot Oliver.

"It's okay. Don't shoot!" Oliver said, his hands raised.

The noises on the stairs caught their attention and one of the men pointed his gun at Nate.

"Let her go right now," Nate ordered.

"Damn, am I dreaming or what?" Ryan said.

"I told you to let her go right now," Nate said to the man holding Rose.

Ryan pulled out his gun and started laughing alone. "I can't believe this. You're still alive? How did you manage it? But that's not important. This time I'm going to put a bullet between your eyes," he said seriously.

Nate didn't move an inch and seemed angry.

I was hiding upstairs and decided to go back to the room to get my phone and call the police. However, I didn't see the flower pot behind me and knocked it over.

Ryan and Oliver's attacker pointed their guns upstairs.

This moment of inattention allowed Nate to jump on Ryan and attack him with violent blows. He lost his gun and one of his men tried to intervene in their fight.

He received the energetic blow of a chair that Oliver had taken and fell unconscious.

"Don't move or I'll shoot the girl!" the attacker holding Rose exclaimed.

He pointed his gun at Nate, but he seemed so angry that he didn't hear what he was saying.

He shot him in the shoulder and that's when he discovered that his face had changed completely.

"What the f*ck are you?" he trembled in fear.

Nate had fangs protruding from his mouth and his long claws had seriously cut Ryan's stomach.

When he tried to shoot again, Nate was faster and broke his arm. His gun fell and he let go of Rose, still asleep.

With his arm broken, the attacker wanted to engage him in hand-to-hand combat, but Nate lifted him up and threw him out the window, which shattered.

"What's wrong with him?" Oliver asked, falling on his butt.

Oliver was so scared that he couldn't move.

Nate was no longer in control and went to join his opponent by jumping out the window. But he caught him off guard and plunged one of the bars he had picked up in his fall into his chest.

Strangely, this blow had the effect of weakening him considerably.

Nate knelt down and had difficulty moving.

The attacker Oliver had hit regained consciousness and took Ryan on his shoulder to flee with him.

"Don't move or I'll shoot!" Oliver shouted.

"No, Oliver. They're leaving. There's no point in killing them," I said, holding his arm.

The three of them ran away.

"Take care of Rose," I ordered him.

I approached Nate, who removed the bar from his chest with great difficulty.

He fell onto my thighs and began to lose consciousness. His claws and fangs had disappeared, but I had a bad feeling.

"Nate! Nate! What's wrong? Why aren't you healing like the other night? Nate!"

I was frantic. I was scared. I felt Nate dying in my arms and I was powerless.

"Calm down Felicia, think."

"It's the bar. It's made of silver." Oliver said

"What bar?"

"If Nate is what I think he is, then silver is his weakness."

I looked around and saw the bar covered in his blood.

"But what do we do?" My hands covered in blood

"I don't know... but he's dying." He added, terrified

Oliver's words hit me like a punch in the chest and tears streamed down my face.

I didn't understand what was happening to me. I felt like I was about to lose a part of myself.

I had no idea what I was doing or what came over me, but I placed my hands on his cheeks and ordered him to look at me.

"Nathaniel, look at me!" I said with wide eyes

Against all odds, he opened his eyes and I felt it again.

This strange and irresistible attraction that kept my eyes locked in his.

I was obsessed with his gaze. As if we were united and I could do incredible things with him by my side. My whole body filled with a tender warmth.

I was able to feel his pain inside me and he felt my sorrow, so tears filled his eyes.

He was staring at me.

Our gazes entered into such perfect alchemy that our pupils changed together and turned golden.

 "Felicia! Felicia!?" He was intrigued

I didn't hear anything except Nate's breathing and pulse.

We remained like that, staring at each other for over a minute.

Oliver snapped me out of my trance by shaking me, and when I looked at Nate's chest, I realized he was healing.

"Nate! He's healing!" I exclaimed

What had just happened? I didn't know, but we had narrowly escaped.

The police arrived a few minutes later.

Meanwhile, the attackers had fled.

"We need to take Ryan to the hospital."

"Don't be stupid! They'll investigate and we'll end up in jail. Let's go see the boss instead." He ordered

They eventually arrived at an old abandoned factory, where the cartel's Mac had a business meeting with a man in a black tailored suit.

A very strange man...

"Boss!"

"What? Can't you see I'm busy?" He said angry

"It's Ryan. He's in bad shape. Something happened at the Sullivan mansion." His subordinate retorted

The strange man he was talking to didn't hesitate to speak up and asked them to bring Ryan in, "I smell a very strange scent of blood. Let him in!"

"You smell blood? Are you sure?"

"Yes. Let him in."

They arrived with Ryan, badly beaten.

"What kind of animal did this to him? Take care of him immediately!" The boss said

"No, it's no use!" The mysterious man said

"What do you mean?"

"He won't heal. He won't transform either. Who did this to him?"

"There were three of them, but this Nate Sullivan. He was strange, like a..."

"A wolf?" He interrupted

"I would have said a monster." He replied, frightened

He stood up and approached Ryan. He took a knife from one of the men's pockets and cut Ryan's throat without any hesitation.

"Mr. Smith, what are you doing?" The Mac exclaimed

"Come on, you can call me Tyler now. I feel like we're going to get along just fine."

"He was my right-hand man!"

"You'll find someone else. Besides, you'll also have to kill the other two to prevent the police from tracing you, won't you?" He said, with a mischievous smile

One of the men looked him in the eyes and realized Tyler's pupils had turned a bright crimson red.

"In the meantime... I'd like to meet those three young people. And this young man, who doesn't even belong to my pack, it's intriguing."

"Your pack! What are you talking about!?" He asked, perplexed

***

It all started with a simple glance in a psychology office and now, despite the strange events that were happening one after the other, I had no idea what the future held for me...

"You said his name is Sullivan...?"

Unknowingly, we had caught the attention of a dangerous alpha.
