Penelope was feeling extremely anxious as she tossed and turned in her bed the night before meeting Mrs. Wilson. The thought of having to face such a powerful and intimidating woman had her feeling scared and nervous. As the night wore on, Penelope started to develop a pounding headache. The pain was so intense that it made her shake and sweat. She could feel her temperature rising and knew that she was getting a fever.

Her mother, who was in the next room, could sense that something was wrong and came to check on her. "Penelope, are you okay? What's wrong?" she asked, concerned.

"I don't know, mother. I have this terrible headache, and I feel feverish," Penelope replied, her voice trembling.

Her mother immediately called for one of the guards stationed outside to go and fetch the physician. "Please hurry," she instructed the guard.
