My Fate

My breath caught in my throat at the sight of Freya. This isn't real. I thought I would never see her again and there she was standing with Gabriel, who I also thought if I did not act fast, I would never see him too.

I embraced her like she could disappear at any moment.

"What happened to you?" I asked.

She smiled. "A lot."

"I thought I lost you."

"Won't I get a hug? I went through a lot too" Gabriel opened his arms.

This gets us laughing. I released Freya and gave him a brotherly hug. "Thank you for bringing her back."

"No, she brought us back. Your Freya is now a strong woman." Gabriel said.

I stared at Freya like I was just seeing her for the first time. she looked more beautiful, even with her oversized dress which I was wondering where she got from.

"Indeed only a strong woman will be able to birth you two lycan pups." My mom said. She had been holding a baby in her arms. But I was too drawn away by Freya to notice there were two babies in the room. Until
