Making her my little Gini

The next day in school, Lily paced through the dead silence school hall, unlike other days which is always noisy and crowded, since It was very early as 6:30 am insight.

  She must have chosen this time as the most perfect time to avoid the most dangerous people in her life due to yesterday's event.

She turns swiftly through the corridor while pacing towards the female's restroom. Getting to the female restroom's door, she let out a relieved sigh and quickly escaped through it.

 Closing the door firmly, she turned to receive the greatest shock of her life,

"Taada!, Lily Winter" a brownie girl with purple braided hair exclaimed.

"Aah!" She became pale and white in shock

"Surprise are we, the brownie girl chuckled.

" More like, frightened are we" Lorita smirked.

Standing next to her , is a rigid queen with a poker face, her expressions were unreadable and something seems off about her, being the  well-known Gabriel she is supposed to be fueling with anger and bullying her by now but she's calm and beautiful as the quiet lake. 

"What up their sleeves now" she murmured.

"You look tensed pumpkin, are you okay,",the brownie girl asked with an evil smile.

" Of course I, am good Charolette " she replied in haste while struggling to calm her nerves down.

" That good then, I would have thought we're the ones making you uncomfortable here" the brownie girl explained with a wicked grin.

"Indeed, that a relief " Lorita commented sarcastically.

"We need your help not we exactly but Gabriella" she grinned wickedly.

"Huh!" She fidgeted and became more nervous.

Gabriella walked languidly towards her, every of her strides made her more and more tensed.

"Are you okay Lily, you look pale" she said with the most sincere concern expression, while tracing her finger on her face.

"Anyone could see through your actions, mean witch", lily cursed inwardly.

"Am fine Gabriella, thank you" she felt chills and immediately shifted away from her touch that felt like creepy claws on her face.

"Don't mention"Gabriella replied and moved closer 

"Please be free to tell me anything in the future, since we'll become good friends from now on" she said with a creepy smile spread on her face.

"Huh!, she exclaimed in shock with blood rushing to her face.

" Look at you over-excited. You must be short of words since you don't deserve it and didn't see it coming, I understand your happy state now " she explained proudly with a wicked smile.

"What a nasty  winch, so overly excited that scare the life out of me" she rolled her eyes.

"Are you not going to say anything about it, Lily Winter" Lorrita asked with raised eyebrows.

"Uhmm, I can't afford it" she stuttered

"Ugh, are you turning us down? what do you think of yourself" Gabriella snapped in anger.

"Gabriella !" Charolette called out in a stern voice

She quickly stepped forward and apologized, "Lily dear, don't mind her . Gaby got mood swings issue lately so don't mind her dear" she explained.

"I know we had wrong you in the past, I sincerely apologize on behalf of myself and my friends. Let's be good friends from now on" she stated sadly with a genuine warm smile

"Seeing Charolette apologizing and Gabriella infuriated when I tried to turn them now, am sure this is a trap and they are both up to something the worst is, I don't know how to avoid it," she thought to herself.

"What do you say about it, have you forgiven us", she asked with doe eyes.

"Of........ of course, sure"Lily replied slowly

" Thank you so much, you're such a darling" she grinned widely.

 "Hmmm, there is one more thing, Gaby wants to give this gift to  Jace but she is too shy to do so. Do you mind helping her since you are close to Jace " Charolette quickly explained and handed over a ribbon package to her?

 

"Now I have an idea, where they are all heading to," she thought to herself

"No prob, I like to take my leave. I still have to rush to the library this morning, I need to get a book from there" she replied.

"Thank you and please be on your way" Charolette bidded her with a warm smile and she quickly left for the door.

"I hate that girl, she disgusts me," Gabriella said with rage.

"Stop being a drama queen and start being wise. You don't have to like her duh!, just fake it " Chaollette retorted.

"Have you forgotten about that saying, keep your friends close, your enemies closer. So be wise don't let your emotions get the best of you" she finished saying and moved to the mirror, checking herself out.

Outside the restroom, Lily Winter took a deep breath and headed for her first lesson of the day.

************Not in talking terms****

Jace keeps staring at the door now and then, this has become a habit for him whenever Lily is yet to be in class.

"I wonder if am still sane these days, this girl is an addictive hard drug stronger than marijuana, I don't know why I keep waiting for her to come to class, looking forward to seeing her every minute, it is so fustrating each day am losing my sense control to her" he lamented weakly.

"Do you think I am in love with her ?, No, no, that's not possible am just fascinated by her craziness and coldness that all" he assured himself, and a second later another thought crossed his mind.

"What if all this weird behavior of mine is as a result of being in love with her, am already being nut around her and can't get over her these days even when she annoys the hell out of me. I can't even bring myself to dislike her for a second or get over her, am going crazy !" he exclaimed, covering his mouth in shock.

"What with you Jace, are you insane now, you are talking alone, dude," Tyle said next to me, staring at him weirdly

"Tyle you've been with a lot of girls in the past, so I assume you know what being in love is, please can you brief me on it," he asked curiously.

"Yeah I'm popular with girls, but sorry I can't help you on that cause I don't even know what love is, those girls are just one-time flings " he explained with a smug face.

"You are a disgusting shit, do I expect anything less from you. I am the nut one here asking you that kind of question" he hissed and rolled his eyes at him.

Glancing away from him, he caught sight of Lily walking into the class. He felt unusual butterflies of happiness growing and flapping its wings wildly in his stomach.

 On an impulse, he turned towards the dyed blue -hair guy sitting next to him.

"Get the hell out of here" he screamed.

" What wrong love, did I do anything wrong," Tyle said in a tiny girl's voice with puppy eyes.

"You creepy disgusting shit, do you want me to get stabbed by your stupid flings. Get the hell out of my sight, am not comfortable sitting next to a walking STD like you" he snapped and pushed him out of the seat.

"You're not in love but you're whipped" he eyed Lily and mocked him.

"Asshole!, am not in love with her" Jace defended strongly.

"Of course, you aren't" he replied sarcastically and left to sit next to the brunette girl at the corner of the class.

 

" I need to stop being friendly with her maybe that is the reason for my weird behavior and the most annoying part is she takes me for granted. From now on, am not on talking terms with her" he sent a mental note and tries to distance himself from her.

 Lily noticed his new attitude towards her, part of her liked it,

 " At least he isn't clingy today but why do part of me, hate it maybe because it will be complicated to hand over Gabrielle's gift now, whatever!" she

shooed the thought away and sat down beside him.

There was long silence with Jace trying hard not to take a sneak peek at her.

A few minutes later, Lily broke the awkward silence,

"Good morning Jace, this is for you" she placed the wrapped box on his table and quickly brought out her textbook, flipping through the pages nervously.

"Wow she is so damn cute, seeing her blushing nervously makes me crazy. She is more sensible than I thought, she brought a gift to apologize for what she said to me yesterday and how she treated me like a pushover. If you keep doing this how can I get over you " he smiled insanely.

Lily could feel her temperature raised under his gaze, "what going on that nut fellow's mind".

She sniffed and sneezed uncontrollably "what wrong with my body system now"

" she must have caught a cold from yesterday's rain, she is a nasty stubborn kitten," he thought angrily.

"Hey yuck face, you look like an ugly sniffy mutt with that red nose of yours," a girl said harshly while walking to her seat with her friends.

"You should have your seat  Brooklyn, I don't wanna get color blindness from your outfit" Jace retorted sharply.

"Huh, who is he referring to and my outfit isn't color riot, what Is he talking about" confusion was written boldly on her face as well as embarrassment.

"You better stay away from Lily Winter if you don't want trouble that handsome guy is overprotective over her"one of her friends told her.

On hearing their conversation, Gabriella expressions became sour.

"I wonder what so special about her " shmurmureded in detest.

"Here use this", he said and gave her a face mask

As she was about to take it from him, their fingers touched and this alone send countless emotions through his nervous system.

"What going on with me, what with these weird emotions and why do I find myself lost in her eyes" he wondered as he stared deeply into her brown eyes.

"What going on here" the teacher's loud shrill voice brought them back to reality and broke their staring contest.

"It no...nothing ma'am" Lily Winter stuttered, while Jace tried to gather his emotions by pretending to be reading the upside-down book in front of him.

The chemistry class went on and on with some of the students bored out already, trying hard not to sleep, while the class geeks were busy writing and having fun focusing on the lesson, that how the universe is like,t  never balances.

 At last the ,glorious bell rang with the students bustling out in victory, thank goodness we didn't die in there from boredom, the student joyful emotions were unending.

Immediately the teacher left the class,Jace started unwrapping the box with excitement and curiosity displayed on his face like that of a little kid.

  His excitement faded away leaving a furious expression on his face,the moment he saw the small note that was placed on the expensive golden wristwatch box.

' So there is this boy

And the way he laughs makes me smile

"What the heck is this"Jace growled in anger.

He looked up and caught sight of Lily leaving for the door, he jumped out of his seat and rushed after her.

"Where the hell does you think you are going, you need to explain this" he barked and pushed her to the wall, which scared out of her wit.

The few students who were still in the class became curious about what with the two of them.

"Are you nut, what do you want from me"? she said sternly trying to hide her frightened state 

"This stupid gift, what up with the damn notes huh! who sent the damn gift" he thundered angrily, which made her pale in shock.

"Gabriella sent it, she asked me to give it to you" she explained

"Are you some delivery guy   , what gave you the damn nerve to send me something like that huh! you must think so highly of yourself" he shrieked angrily.

"Why is he dumping his anger on me, because he sees me as pushover that why he is talking to me this way ", she thought angrily.

"Hey what's your problem, shouldn't you be happy she sent you a gift, why are you throwing fits at me" she yelled back just as angry as him.

"Should I show you how   happy  in love I am with you" he fired out grabbing her face and trying to kiss her

"Let go of me, you are crazy" she struggled until she kicked him hard in between his legs.

He fell painfully with haa rd thud on the floor

"Ouch!, Ouch !!!,are you trying to kill me, Lily Winter!" he mumbled in pain 

"Oush !!!" he cried and rolled on the oor .

"Are you okay,u de " Tyle rushed to his side.  He continues to cry in pain 

"No you look really bad, let me help you to the clinic" he quickly offered. Tyle was about to help him get up when he got an eye signal from him,

"Arggh, you're a  pretending dumbass bitch" he mumurmurednder his breath and scoffed loudly.

He turned towards Lily and feign angry tone

," Are you trying to kill him, do  you know that could be considered as attempted murder", he tell.

"You should take responsibility for kicking him and carry him yourself to the clinic. This is so annoying am out of here already" he grabbed his new brunette chick by the waist and left the class 

" That my beloved bitch", Jace smirked as he watched Tyle leave the class

His eyes and that of  Lily's met and she caught a lazy smirk on  his lip and was about to say something, when he quickly feign to be in pain crying harder this time, the people that gathered around him were tying him and blaming Lily.

Gabriella and her clique that saw through the acting and saw how Jace despised Gabrielle's gift, hated Lily the more.

"I can't believe he could declare his love for her like that", Loritasaid in shock.

"Unbelievable, why is he so obsessed with her" Charolette shrieked.

They stomped out of the class angrily, Gabriella was mute the whole time and green with anger.

*************At the Clinic*******

"OuOuch ,it hurt like hell "he moaned in pain.

"Cut the crap, I know you're re acting", she hissed and sat down on the seat next to his bed.

"You're heartless without conscience, I am hurt and in pain but you're still cold to me ,do you even have blood flowing in your veins" he lamented in shock.

"Dumbass liar !, I know a fraudster when I see one. You are a drama king, how can ordinary kick hurt that much, Liar!" she replied sharply.

" You can't even imagine" he stated.

"Nonsense!" she scoffed and rolled her eyes at him.

The white curtain was pulled open and a young pretty nurse walked in,

" You should apologize L,ily, you need to take reresponsibilityor for the pain, you caused him" the nurse ordered.

"I didn't do anything, he   deserved it and he is only faking it" she whined

"Still you need to apapologize,Jace just got stitches for the stabbing injury he sustained near his abdomen and you kicked him near that region. Are you trying to open the wound in" the nurse scolded.

"What you got stab !" she exclaimed in shock

"Are you into drug or some bad mafia gang, boys of your age do involve in shady stuff" she inquired eyeing him suspiciously.?

"Seriously are you some marvel detective" he tried hard not to laugh.

"Since you know you've to be responsible for causing me pain, you need to fulfill my five wishes" he declared firmly.

"Are you crazy, do I look like a Gini" she retorted?

"You don't want to do it? , No problem I just wonder if your entire family can afford the price of hurting the heir of Gilbert Dragons Empire" he stated sternly.

"Are you threatening me" she glared at him.

"Threatening ?, How can I do that love, it's just my undying concern for you" he taunted.

"I need to be a heartless selfish businessman to be successful in the business cycle", he thought with an evil smirk. 

"I will take your silence as yes, so my first wish is that you should be my prom queen" he declared.

"You must be out of your mind" She fired out. The expressions on her face were priceless, Jace wanted to laugh out badly but he had to keep a stern look, so she would take his every word serious
