“I am joining the tournament.” Caleb added.

Nathaniel and Gabriel turned to him, both mouths went wide open, and their eyes dilated.

“Really?”

“Why?” Gabriel glared at him.

“Cause I want to be a part of it?” Caleb looked away, sitting back.

“You never want to be a part of anything. You said the game was for losers who cannot go into the world and win the real crown.” Nathaniel smirked, looking at his brother.

“Asking too many questions is a sign of insecurity.” Caleb glanced at him. Nathaniel scoffed, his words were always brief yet hurtful.

“It has been five years since the tournament started and suddenly, you want to be a part of it? Just great!” Gabriel frowned.

“Are you doing this because of Lily? You went out with her earlier after the mockery, why did you do and where did you go to?” Gabriel asked, looking at him with suspicion.
