Where are you coming from

The time Lily spent with Caleb was the best she had ever had in her entire life. Caleb was sweet with her. He trained her until night fell and she did not realize how stressful it was until they looked outside. It was great getting along with one of her mates. Caleb didn't tease her even when she wanted it, he focused on training. She liked that he didn't though.

“Me what?” Lily raised her eyes.

“Why are you just coming? Were you not supposed to be in charge of dinner but you came late to avoid your job right?” Clara raised her eyes with disdain.

“Who are you to share tasks?” Lily twisted her lips.
