Chapter 124: Hearthache

David crossed paths with his mother who had just come out of the detention waiting room. 

Rosa Melinda as soon as she saw her son walking up to her, immediately brought herself to the son and then grabbed him with a lot of emotion. The police officers escorting them were shocked and then tried to separate David from the rampaging Rosa. 

"It's all because of you, David. You son of a bitch, you've put us in jail and you've also made me lose the only person who truly loves me." She tried to grab her son's hair and then grabbed him again. 

Unfortunately, the police managed to arrest her and then the trial had to be postponed for a few minutes before they managed to calm Rosa back down. 

David's body slumped to the floor. It wasn't his body that was weakened after getting tantrums from Rosa, but his heart that was being torn apart by the words his mother had just spoken.
