Chapter 125: Proof

David entered the courtroom and looked at the people present at his trial. His eyes swept across everyone there and stopped at a girl who was talking to Detective Ferisha. That woman had a former lover who he still loves, Almyra Putri. 

The woman he never thought of at the beginning, he even doubled up. In fact, he only considered her as one of his dolls who could fulfill his desires. But as if karma was approaching him until he ended up falling in love with Almyra when the girl started to distance herself from him. 

David looked at the woman sadly because he also realized that there was no way he could be with her. His hopes were dashed once he found out about Almyra's little sister whom he bumped into a few years ago. 

Almyra would never forgive him even if he kowtowed 1000 times. Even if he was imprisoned later, there was no way that this beautiful woman would want to erase her grudge and return to him.
