Bewildered

“Miss Eva.” Monica’s voice rang the moment Eva emerged from the forest with Kaden and Karla hot on her tails. “Did you manage to find out about Gen’s whereabouts? Is she Ok?” Monica bombarded Eva with questions.

Her forehead creased when she spotted a messed up-looking Kaden behind Eva. His white t-shirt that hung to his muscular frame had numerous stains that looked like dark sticky ink. But Monica knew better than fall for this assumption.
