Those words were all he needed to hear.
He swooped me up into his arms and before I knew what was happening, I found myself led flat out onto my back looking up at the heavy drapes of the bed with Alexander’s mouth on my heated skin.
“The foreplay will not help you with the pain. There is only one thing to stop that.” He murmurs against my neck. “But it is up to you, my Rosa.”
“Now, you are giving me a choice?” I question him irritably, ignoring the delighted thrill that his new name for me sent through my body. He pulls back and looks down at me, his face full of sorrow and knew in that instance that he was ashamed of what he had done to me. A pang of guilt washed over me, but I now was not the time to go over that. My body was already bubbling with heat from the loss of his touch.
