CHAPTER 8

~REGINA’S POV~

“I don't see a reason why you have to go back to that pack.”

Micheal leaned against the door as I packed everything I needed to go to the Moon Crescent pack. I told Micheal that I would be going there to study them more but what I didn't tell him was that the true purpose of my leaving was to plot his downfall with his enemies.

“Regina.”

“Yes.”

I felt a pair of arms snake round my waist. The urge to empty my stomach washed over me but I got the best of myself as the bile rose to my throat.

“I'm sorry about what I said the other day…”

I rolled my eyes as he gave his fake apology. He doesn't care if my feelings got hurt by his words. All he wants to do is keep me in line so I don't rebel against him.
