"I do, but if you're not yet ready to tell, I won't push you to do so," I answered to his question after a few moments of thinking.

Zen stared at me for a good five seconds before heaving out a deep sigh, "Honestly, I'm not yet ready. I don't even want to remember her, but she has been once a part of my life so I can't just forget about her."

"I understand. I won't push you," I said. "But... do you still love her?"

I felt something pierce my heart as soon as I asked that, but I didn't pay any attention to it.

"What? No! I don't love her anymore," he abruptly answered, shaking his head frantically.
