After finishing the work that was on my table, I let out an exasperated sigh and threw my head back to rest for a while. I stood up from the chair, arranged the files accordingly, and returned them to the cabinet beside my table.

I picked up my suit and hung it around my arms. I walked out of my office and headed to my house.

"Greetings, Beta Lucas," I nodded at the guards who were patrolling the pack.

I suddenly stopped and looked around with a confused look as a weird yet alluring scent wafted through the air and hit my nose.
