Suddenly the girls burst out laughing at Caroline saying they are too young. “If boys can have sex as early as 13 so can we. Why should we wait for our mate?” One asked as she looked at Caroline with laughter in her eyes.

“Wait, are you still a virgin, Caroline?” Emily suddenly asks and there Caroline’s face gets red again. She is looking down, trying to hide her blushing face. We all got quiet after that question.

“That sucks,” I broke the silence and Caroline looked up at me with shock in her eyes and face.

“Why does that suck? I saved myself for tonight,” Caroline spoke and I suddenly frowned.

“You have been marked by Trigo, haven’t you?” I asked and she nodded, showing me her neck proudly.

Her mark is faint. “Oh, I see. You are not fully marked. He has not been between your legs yet,” I made the remark. Now it makes sense. Now I understand why Zurig can feel the pull to her. The mark is not permanent. It will fade unless Trigo takes her completely.
