As we made our way back to the pack, Murad didn't for once look at me or say a word to me and this scared me to the core. I knew his silence could only mean more trouble for me, and I couldn't help but imagine different scenarios of how Murad intended on punishing me.

When we arrived back at the palace, Murad instructed the other female servants to take his other pet, who had gone to the meeting with us, to her room, while I was to be taken to his room.

On hearing this, my fear heightened as I knew immediately that Murad was going to have his way with me tonight and it wasn't going to be a pleasant experience.

The other servants escorted me to Murad's room, and as we entered the room, I couldn't help but feel a chill run down my spine.
