Fit To Carry My Baby

[Rosalie’s POV]

My body is hot, and it isn’t just from the steaming water that surrounds me. When Diego said that he was taking me back so that I could get clean, I didn’t know this was what he meant.

Trying to keep my heart from hammering out of my chest, I take in either of Diego’s large legs, which sit on either side of my body. Although I have seen the man in action with multiple women, and I even did… that… for him the previous night, to be sitting here so intimately with him was a whole new experience.

“You don’t have to be so tense.” Diego murmurs, causing my cheeks to flush red. “I’m not going to do anything. At least, nothing that you don’t want me to do.”

Eyes widening, I whirl around to take in his expression, which is filled with amusement. It is so different from his usual mask of indifference that, for a moment, I’m unable to say anything.

“I swore to you that I wouldn’t do anything unless you asked me.” He continues. “And if I am anything, it is a man of my word.”
