30. Weighing Emotions

AMANISA’S POV

For twelve years… for all twelve years, nothing had ever broken me like this does.

Nothing in the last few days could have made me feel this amount of nostalgia... Not even when I saw my own tomb after seeing that of my parents.

Perhaps I should say the feeling I endured in the tomb could compete with the one that was coursing through me at the moment with a strong current… stronger than any that has been recorded.

Even the high current of a wave couldn't compete with what was raving within me.

Maybe it was the combination of the feeling and emotions I got from vising the tomb and the one I got from walking into this part of the NightShade’s pack area that made the prest emotion so strong and terrifying.

But I knew I was feeling something that was stronger than my body could endure.
