"I am not going to drag that with you. The only question I have to ask is.." I pulled away to stare into his piercing eyes. His hands were still wrapped around my face and his expression was unreadable. "Are you excited?"

Liam gave me a baffled look. "What do you mean?! I am excited." Then he frowned. "I can't promise you a smooth journey. But we are in this together." He finished with a grand smile. It was one of the things I loved about him. He was too optimistic just for my good.

I nodded in agreement. I wasn't expecting the ride to be smooth. I shouldn't have asked him such a question. "What should we call him?" I allowed him to guide me to a seat. My feet were getting heavy already.

"Look at you. I can't wait to see you waddle about with him in you." He gently placed me on the sofa.

I nearly cringed at the way he put it. One would think he was talking about something else. "I don't want to get fat and you have a role to play in that. Don't cook fatty food for me
