Daphne began to hear the sounds of voices raised in conversation. The voices were deep and resonant, and they seemed to come from all around her. She couldn't quite make out what they were saying, but she knew that they were the voices of the elders.

One day, her voice will become like that.

Finally, Daphne arrived at the citadel's central chamber. The chamber was a massive circular room with a high ceiling and an intricate mosaic floor. In the center of the room, there was a large stone table surrounded by ornately carved chairs. The elders were seated around the table, deep in conversation.

Daphne felt a thrill of excitement as she approached the table. She knew that this was her chance to prove herself to the elders, to show them that she was worthy of their respect and trust. With a deep breath, she stepped forward to address the elders.

"Hi," she slightly bowed. The sound of her voice echoed through the chamber, and for a moment, there was silence.
