“You can come in,” I called out in a loud voice.

The door pushed open and Gabriel came inside.

Arnou shot me an inquisitive look and I smiled at him.

“Good afternoon queen of queens. Lycan,” Gabriel greeted with a bow.

“Afternoon,” I replied pleasantly.

“Do you have the information I requested?” I asked him directly as I motioned for Arnou to pass me a glass of water.

“Not entirely, but I have some information. It's all here,” Gabriel said as he reached into his waistcoat pocket and retrieved a piece of paper.

I stretched out my hand and he handed me the paper.

I frowned as I tried to make sense of his squiggly handwriting.

“And what am I supposed to be looking at?” I asked with distaste.

“I'm sorry high Luna, I don't know you would request it so soon. I would have written it out clearly,” he apologized

I waved his apology away and tried to read the paper.

“So? Did you find out where she's from?” I asked him while I tried to make sense of the information on the piece of paper.

“Who?”
