I stood in front of that door, with my heart beating fast in my chest. Arnou took one look at my pale face and asked if I was okay with concern in his voice.

Honestly, I was just trying to focus on my breathing, I was too nervous to even pretend like I was alright.

“I know you’re tired. It’s been a long day for you, with everything that went on today, it’s a miracle you’re still on your feet.
