Aurelia's POV

"She's a warrior and the soon to be Alpha of another pack," Casey informed as soon as we got to my room. "And to strengthen Alpha Adrian's Pack, as you know, an Alpha is strongest when there's a Luna by his side-"

"Isn’t that supposed to be 'when there's a mate by his side'?" I corrected it.

"Yes but it doesn't really matter," she said. "Alpha Aria might not be his mate but she sure leads a formidable army among these lands. Their marriage will strictly be business on Alpha Adrian's part."

"And on her part?" I asked despite knowing the answer to that.

"She's totally into Alpha Adrian."

I didn’t bother to be shocked. I saw it coming. He was a good looking man, even though I wasn't oblivious to that part. In a way, I could see a resemblance between Aria and I; we wanted everything when it came to our partner.

"So you see, she's got an Alpha attitude and it's even worse because she's arrogant and feels she's better than Wild Rose Pack!" Casey's words were brimming with ange
