"How come she is this brave to even lay her hands on me? " asked Alex in rage as he stared at Sylvia.

"That I don't know either; her sudden bravery is a shock to me also." She retorted, staring at The king, who in turn shuddered slowly to his bench.

He sat peacefully with a sigh, and he wasn't taking it lightly either. He couldn't bring his head to think of what just happened, and the bravery in Amelia left him in awe.
