Coming home

Morning seemed to come very early the next day.

It was the D-day. The day had come for Sera and Lucas to return to the gut-wrenching-tummy-churning Silver Moon Pack. The same pack that had humiliated and hurt her so many times before. The same pack that laughed when she was insulted and abused. The same pack that cheered when her mate cruelly left her for Amelia.

Now she was going back to them.

Sera almost puked at thought and Lucas was quick to notice.

“Heyyy, it’ll be alright Sera. I promise. It’ll be different this time.” Lucas assured as he took her hand in his tightly and they began to make their way through the thick forest.

“O-oh don't worry, i'm fine. It was just morning sickness. I’m feeling better already.” Sera lied.

Lucas didn't look convinced so she tried to think happy thoughts that would ligthen her moon.

But No matter how she tried, she really couldn't stop herself from feeling more than a little bit anxious—actually she felt like a train wreck—
