Chapter 116

Isabella's P.O.V

I was taken aback by Ethan's proposal. The fabled community meeting was held annually and only when there were pressing matters to be discussed was it held outside its scheduled time. Only the Alpha's were allowed to attend that meeting and Ethan was clearly asking me to be in attendance.

“I... You think it'll be okay if I attend?“ I asked in doubt.

“Why not?“ He replied simply.

“Well, I'm not an Alpha I'm I?“ I shrugged. “And besides, I'm not even a real Luna either.“ I protested.

“That doesn't matter.“ Ethan replied calmly.

“You're going to attend the meeting alongside me. One last meeting Isabella.“ He said.

I sighed. One last meeting, I repeated this within me silently. I didn't know Ethan's motive for insisting that I attend this meeting but I was willing to do so since it would be the very last social function I'd have to attend with him before my departure.
