I walked out of the big meeting hall, much to the surprise of the shell shocked courtiers and my brothers.

They thought they had forced me to rule south, to take the part of the kingdom nobody wanted.

Little did they know, I had wanted just that all along.

I shook my head, relishing on the shocked looks on their faces.

They never learned, not to doubt me, not to think they were going to take me down.

Because I always had everything planned out.

I could hear Edriel and Draken shocked murmurs as the courtiers began to jump at them, wanting to align with the possible future king.

None of them came for me, thinking that I had taken a losing bet, and placed my bet on a losing game.

But I was not even playing the same game.

I walked away from the hall and towards my room. I had some preparations to do and some tasks to complete before I started my mission.

As I went toward my room, I saw Grace walking toward me and I called her,
