Two Hundred-Two

It takes about half a day to run to the location where the tracker says Raina is being held. I look over at Charles as we approach, stopping about 20 meters from the perimeter of the camp. He nods to me and makes his way over and whispers,

“So?”

I smirk a little and then frown at him as I repeat, “So?”

“What now?”

“You tell me, you know how these camps work. How do you want to approach it?”

He seems to think about this for a moment before saying,

“Now unless he has informed them, but I doubt that he even knows yet, so none of these men should know that I no longer work for Conrad, they would still think that I am his second. Maybe we can use that…”

“Okay, give out your orders.”

He smiles and turns to the warriors around us and says,

“I want you all to spread out and surround the camp, but you don’t move until I give you the signal to do so.”

His team leader nods his head, and they then start to move silently surrounding the camp. He then looks at me and stands. I frown a little but st
