2. Bullying

Six-months later.

Luke had stayed true to his words and had made Raina’s life a living hell.

As Raina walked through the corridors someone shoved her to the side and made her collide with the wall.

Raina stopped moving as she looked at the person who had pushed him, it was none other than Fiona, she looked at her and gave her smirk, “oh, I am so sorry, I didn’t see you there, maybe because you are so insignificant.”

Raina felt angry as she felt mad at Fiona, she glared at her with red eyes as she clenched her fists; she wanted to hit her so bad.

But Fiona just smirked as she came forward and said, “what happened? Are you angry? You want to fight? Why don’t you huh?! Come on, go ahead, hit me! If you can, that is.”

Raina’s eyes were filled with tears as she glared at Fiona. She then glanced to the side and saw Luke standing over there, he was looking in her direction with a smirk.

Suddenly, Raina felt a slap on her cheek and her face flew to the side, she looked at Fiona wide eyes and Fiona yelled, “what are you staring at! Fucking slut! Why are you staring at my boyfriend! Huh!”

Raina felt cornered and frustrated. She just turned around and left, she was going to be late to the class again but she can’t fight back.

Her eyes watered with warm tears, and her lips quivered as she walked away.

At first, she had fought back, if someone had slapped her, then she would slap back, but then she got into trouble, Luke had more influence than she had thought, he knew the principal from the start.

If she hit someone back, then she was the one scolded for assaulting someone, she tried hard to fight back, she was suspended, scolded, humiliated and in the end, she was threatened that she would lose her scholarship and would have to leave the university and of course she can’t let that happen.

She had to study, and she had gotten the admission after trying so hard!

Hence, she had to tolerate everything that she was going through. Besides, she knew that she somewhat deserved it, it would be just a few years and then she would be free.

She went to the washroom, wiped her tears and washed her face as she stared at her reflection and sighed, after calming down she walked back to the class where she was scolded by the teacher in front of the entire class, people laughed at her but she was used to this now.

After getting scolded, by her professor, Raina walked to her seat and sat down in the corner, she just hoped that no one would bother her now.

The class was over soon and she was the first one to get up and leave, however before she could leave the class, someone tripped him and she fell on the ground becoming the laughingstock once again, she gritted her teeth and glared at the person before she ran outside the class.

She was not going to break; she was not that weak; she was going to tolerate, she would not give up that easily.

During lunch, she sat on a bench under a tree, “enjoying your college life? Miss Raina.”

She closed her eyes as she sighed when she heard that voice; she looked at him and saw how happy he looked after making her feel so tormented.

Luke just smirked, “so, now you know what if feels like to be bullied huh? Why don’t you find someone rich you know, someone as influential as me?” Luke smirked as he said, “go ahead, find someone good, and spread your legs before him. Try to satisfy him and then he would protect you.

But I don’t think any student would like you, since you are not that special and appealing, why don’t you look for someone older?”

“Luke!” Raina got up as she yelled at him, “don’t you dare! Don’t you dare say that!”

Luke rolled his eyes and sighed, “Why? Why are you mad, huh? Isn’t that true, though? Back in the middle school, the reason why you were able to torment others was just because you were Mathew’s girlfriend, right? But it was my sister who destroyed him and his parents and everyone who had bullied me.

Without him, without someone to back you, you are nothing; you are absolutely disgusting, a piece of trash and worthless, you are no one, you are insignificant and no one gives a fuck about you. Perhaps the only thing that you can do is just use your body.”

Raina clenched her fists as her eyes were filled with tears, but this time she was not able to control her tears as she they leaked from her eyes.

Luke just smirked and said, “aw…. You are sad? Your face is so red? Let me help you cool down; he said, dumped the cold coffee that he was holding over her head. Before he walked away.

Raina just sat back down on the bench and started to cry.

Luke heard her sobs, and he felt good, a bitch like her deserved all the bullying. And Luke would make sure that she goes exactly what he and Victoria went through, but somewhere deep down in his heart he was bothered by Raina's sobs, but he would never admit that.
